Please review these policies before booking your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you at our salon.

Cancellation Policy

We want to emphasize the impact of same-day cancellations on our operations as a small business. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that specific time slot exclusively for you, turning away other potential guests. Unfortunately, filling these last-minute vacancies is challenging and greatly affects our ability to meet our financial obligations and support our staff.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged the full value of the missed service to your provided credit card.
  • If you reschedule your appointment on the same day, a fee of 50% of the service will be applied.
  • Cancellations made by 7pm on the day before the appointment will have the cancellation fee waived.
  • Cancellation policy will not be waived if notice is given outside that time via text or phone.
  • Cancellation can be made directly through the Booking app if done in the appropriate time frame.

Credit Card Required

To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a valid credit card to comply with our cancellation policy. Any authorization charges are solely for validation purposes and will be automatically reversed. 

  • A valid credit card is required to book any appointment.
  • Please note that you may see an authorization charge ranging from $0.01 to $0.50 on your credit card statement. This charge is similar to those used by hotel or car rental services and is solely intended to ensure the validity and active status of your credit card. The authorization charge will automatically reverse itself.
  • If you choose not to provide a credit card, you have the following options: 
    • Walk in at your desired appointment time, and if the slot is available and not booked by another client, we will gladly accommodate you. 
    • Purchase a gift certificate and provide us with the gift certificate number, which we will use to hold your appointment.

Late/Missed Appointments

We operate on a time-sensitive schedule to meet our clients’ needs efficiently. If you anticipate running behind, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice so we can make necessary accommodations.

  • Depending on your arrival time, we will make every effort to accommodate you with the available time. This may require modifying or adjusting the services offered, but the original price will remain unchanged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your appointment based on your arrival time to avoid impacting other clients. In case of cancellation, the full service fee will be applied.

Modifications to Services

To ensure efficient allocation of time, our services are designed to be time-sensitive and require appropriate booking. We can only accommodate last-minute changes if they do not disrupt other guests’ appointments.

  • Please communicate any additional service requests such as removals or nail art to allow us to adjust our schedule.
  • We are not obligated to accommodate last-minute requests if it affects our next clients.
  • If you decline a service after it has been started, you will be charged for the service you booked for.

Guests and Pets

  • Due to limited space, guests are not permitted in the salon.
  • Pets are not allowed unless proof of service is provided as per health and safety by-laws.

Conditions and Medications

  • For the safety of all clients and technicians, we reserve the right to decline services in the presence of active fungal or bacterial infections.

Refunds

  • There are no refunds on all services rendered, packages or series and products purchased as all sales are final.
